Once an order is placed, you will receive email notification confirming payment acceptance, order placement, and shipping notification. Processing time production and delivery differs from a design to another especially if an item is made to measure. The delivery of any item depends on the boutique’s specified timing and the country the item is being delivered to

 In addition to the time mentioned above, once an item is received to the boutique, it is estimated to take as follows to deliver

UAE: 5-10 days

International and GCC countries: 10-15 days

 Delivery charges will vary based on location - the charges can be viewed at check out. Imposed custom duties, if any, are the responsibility of the shopper

 All international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees as regulated  by the Customs Office of your shipping destination Fees may vary widely based on the country or city of import. Custom duties are not included in the shipping charges
